Lucy Orcuilo is the Founder of Magenta Legacy Consulting Firm.  As an accomplished Executive in all disciplines of Talent Acquisition and recruitment innovation, Lucy has worked with individuals who took their first steps into their career all the way to mid, senior and C-Suite levels. Career development and recruitment excellence have been the cornerstone of her career.  She has also served as a trusted advisor, providing strategic direction and counsel to Human Resources and leaders within start-up and matrixed organizations across a wide range of industries that included: fashion, textiles, consumer goods, tech, hedge funds and private equity firms.

Lucy made it her mission to cultivate and build strong relationships with professionals at all levels who were passionate about their careers.  Those instincts, coupled with her experience and expertise, have led Lucy to tremendous success in helping professionals achieve their career goals.

Lucy was inspired by her mother, Amalia Magenta, who supported her throughout her career and encouraged her to reach for the stars.  Her influence gave Lucy the perseverance and grit to overcome the challenges that stood in her way.  She instilled in Lucy that a legacy comes from one's reputation, their decisions made, and the actions they've taken to set an example for others and help to guide their futures.
